L'EXPÉRIENCE FÉMINISTE RADICALE
Le groupe féministe radical Les Sorcières, actif depuis 2000, se définit comme anti-patriarcal, anti-capitaliste et anti-État. Au cours de l'atelier, ses militantes parleront de l'historique du féminisme radical à Montréal depuis les années 2000 et des raisons qui ont mené à la création de nombreux collectifs féministes radicaux, parmi lesquels le groupe Les Sorcières. Seront ensuite abordés certains des défis auxquels font face les féministes radicales à l’heure actuelle, de même qu’une brève présentation des mobilisations à venir. L’atelier comportera une portion plus interactive, visant à favoriser les échanges entre les participant-e-s.

'WITCHES' LIKE ANY OTHERS
THE RADICAL FEMINIST EXPERIENCE
The radical feminist group Les Sorcières, active since 2000, defines itself as anti-patriarcal, anti-capitalist and anti-State. During the workshop, its activists will speak about the history of radical feminism in Montreal since the 2000' years and the reasons which lead to the creation of many radical feminist regroupments, among them Les Sorcières. After that, some of the challenges radical feminists are facing today will be discussed, as well as a presentation on upcoming mobilisations. The workshop will have an interactive component, aiming to encourage participants to share their experiences.
